| Students will have fun and easily become engaged in these interactive experiences. Teachers have several options for assessment: Have students write about their discoveries, answer specific questions, exchange ideas and knowledge gained with each other using a class blog, discuss the adventure in class, talk about different ways to solve the same problem, compete among one another, express a theory based on findings. It is important to not be afraid to let students explore in different ways and find various forms of knowledge. Let them know they will share what they have found with the rest of the class and the teacher, through their choice of communication. In this way, the student is given choice and freedom thereby motivating intrinsically. |
